In one of the most beautiful islands of Thailand, Koh Tao. In this retreat we will move through Ashtanga and at sunrise with specific training for free diving (but not only) with meditation, pranayama and some slower flow at sunset. You will move through one of the 4 elements, water, you will get inspired and learn from it.
